Nordictrack Incline Trainer X3

In order to get the best workout you have to purchase a treadmill that will provide you with everything that you need. What better way to lose the weight and get in shape than with the infamous Jillian Michaels pushing you to go farther and work harder? The Nordictrack Incline Trainer X3 is one of the newest models on the market that helps to provide people with a more challenging work out.

Jillian Michaels is one of the toughest trainers that you will ever meet. She is famous for her role on the hit reality show “The Biggest Loser”. During the show she will scream at the people she is training and force them to let go of the problems holding them back. She might not be nice all the time – but she has results that is hard to find from anyone else.

This treadmill is designed with a 40% incline and one touch control that makes it easy to burn the most calories without having to increase the speed. It is interactive and works with you to reach your goal in eight weeks. It has nine different workouts and a random trail generator that will switch up the workout when you are bored.

One of its best features is the fit workout card that comes with it. This allows you to keep track of the goals that you have set for yourself and to provide you with coaching (from Jillian Michaels) to keep you working out every night.

This model is also built with an iPod compatible music port that will help to keep you distracted and able to work out through the pain in your legs. It has a 2.8 HP commercial motor that provides you with a smooth and quit workout. It costs around $1,400.

Consumer Reviews

Pros: Customers love using the treadmill with the fit card. It provides them with a workout that hurts – but leaves them feeling like they have accomplished something. Most people – who used it faithfully – saw results during their first month. Even people with knee problems had no trouble using it.

Cons: A few customers have had problems with the fit card. After a couple weeks it stopped turning the treadmill on and the whole board quit after just a month. However, after a repair (no charge to the customer) the unit was operational and no problems occurred.
